1.6 Product: Any physical or digital goods, services, or other offerings available for purchase.
1.7 Third-Party Service Providers: External entities engaged in logistics, payment processing, and customer support.
1.8 Shipping Partner: A logistics provider responsible for the delivery of goods.
1.9 Prohibited Products: Any goods or services restricted by law or blezx.com policies, including but not limited to counterfeit items, illegal substances, and weapons.
2. USER REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Users must be 18 years or older to register. Businesses and Individuals must provide valid company registration, tax identification numbers, and bank details. (if applicable). blezx.com reserves the right to conduct KYC Verification. Users must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately. blezx.com is not liable for losses due to compromised accounts.
3. SELLING ON BLEZX.COM
3.1 Selling Models
A. Seller Owned Products (Self-Fulfillment): Sellers manage inventory, packaging, and shipping. Sellers must provide accurate tracking details and deliver within the stated time frame.
B. Blezx Fulfillment Services: Sellers list products under Blezx fulfillment, where we handle storage, packaging, and delivery.
Commission rates and service fees apply.
C. Blezx Model & Partnership Programs
Sellers can operate under a Blezx model, where blezx.com fulfills orders from third-party or owned suppliers. Profit-sharing models may be negotiated based on performance metrics.
3.2 Seller Responsibilities
Product descriptions must be accurate, truthful, and legally compliant. Counterfeit, restricted, or misleading products will result in account suspension. Compliance with local, national, and international trade laws is mandatory.
4. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY
4.1 Fulfillment Responsibilities
Self-Fulfilled Orders: Sellers manage their shipping and returns.
Blezx-Fulfilled Orders: Orders are processed, managed and shipped by blezx.com with real-time tracking.
4.2 Shipping Costs & Liabilities
Shipping fees may be paid by the Buyer, Seller, or blezx.com, depending on the selected fulfillment method. Sellers must adhere to delivery deadlines. Failure to ship on time may result in penalties.
5. COMMISSION STRUCTURE & PAYMENTS
Sellers pay a commission on every sale based on the agreed percentage. Affiliates earn commissions for successful referral-based sales. Payments are processed after the return/refund window closes through bank transfer, UPI, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or other supported methods.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
6.1 Buyer Refund & Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery, subject to category-based policies. Digital products, customized items, or perishable goods may not qualify for returns. Refunds are processed only after verification of the returned product’s condition.
6.2 Seller Responsibilities
Self-Fulfilled Orders: Sellers must manage returns and refunds directly.
Blezx-Fulfilled Orders: Refunds are processed by blezx.com in accordance with platform policies.
6.3 Dispute Resolution
Disputes are first handled through blezx.com’s internal resolution system. If unresolved, arbitration will be conducted per applicable jurisdictional laws.
7. RESTRICTED & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following actions are strictly prohibited: Listing illegal, counterfeit, or non-compliant products. Engaging in fraudulent transactions, fake reviews, or order manipulation.Using blezx.com for deceptive business practices or money laundering. Violating intellectual property rights.
Consequences: Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account. Legal action and financial penalties for severe violations.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
blezx.com is not responsible for shipping delays, payment gateway failures, or service disruptions caused by external factors. In no event shall blezx.com’s liability exceed the total transaction amount of the disputed order.
9. MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
By using blezx.com, you grant us the right to market, advertise, and promote listed products through digital advertisements, sponsored placements, social media campaigns, search engine marketing, and affiliate partnerships. We may feature Seller and self products in promotional activities unless explicitly opted out in writing. By registering, you consent to receive order updates, transactional messages, promotional emails, newsletters, and push notifications, with the option to unsubscribe from marketing communications anytime, except for essential system alerts and security notifications. blezx.com may collaborate with third-party marketing agencies, advertising networks, and analytics firms to enhance user engagement, ensuring compliance with our Privacy Policy, where no personally identifiable information is shared without consent except as required by law. Any fraudulent marketing practices, including spamming, misrepresentation, or deceptive advertising, will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
10. USER INFORMATION
Blezx.com collects, processes, and stores user data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using our Platform, you consent to our collection of transactional data, browsing behavior, and account details necessary for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, and customer support. We implement robust security measures, including encryption and access control, to safeguard user data. However, blezx.com shall not be held liable for data breaches caused by third-party service providers, cyberattacks, or force majeure events. Users acknowledge that any unauthorized access or misuse of personal information must be reported immediately.
11. FORCE MANAGEMENT
Blezx.com shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, cyberattacks, labor strikes, and infrastructure failures. In such cases, affected obligations will be suspended until conditions normalize.
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & DATA SECURITY
Blezx.com strives to maintain uninterrupted platform functionality; however, users acknowledge that technical failures, human errors, cyber incidents, or unforeseen disruptions may result in temporary service downtime, delays, or inaccuracies. blezx.com disclaims liability for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from such events. To ensure security and reliability, blezx.com operates on secure servers. The website is hosted on Shopify, Inc., which manages product listings and related data. Additionally, Amazon Web Services is utilized for storing customer information and other critical platform data, with servers located in Singapore and the United States. For communication, blezx.com exclusively relies on Google’s email services, ensuring a highly secure channel.
All official correspondence from blezx.com is conducted through email addresses using the blezx.com domain. The platform does not communicate via any other domain extensions, and users should disregard and report any suspicious messages claiming to be from blezx.com.
13. OTHER INFORMATION
In scenarios where a Seller chooses to retail their own products via blezx.com, the Platform shall impose a commission fee of up to twenty percent of the total transaction value. This fee is essential to offset the extensive operational, technological, and infrastructural expenditures incurred by the Platform. In instances where the Seller opts to promote and facilitate the sale of products sourced by blezx, in the role of a marketer or advertising partner, blezx.com shall retain up to fifty percent of the profit generated from such sales. Additionally, Sellers have the opportunity to participate in the Affiliate Program, earning commissions based on successful referrals. The terms of this Program, subject to modification at the discretion of blezx.com, serve to ensure both the Seller and Platform can mutually benefit. In all cases, the Platform seeks to ensure profitability for blezx.com, while providing value to Sellers through enhanced marketing and logistical support.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All platform content, trademarks, and proprietary technology belong exclusively to blezx.com. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or reproduction of any platform material is strictly prohibited.
15. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & POLICY MODIFICATIONS
blezx.com reserves the right to terminate any account violating these Terms. These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the modifications.
16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under the applicable jurisdiction.
17. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Blezx.com reserves the unrestricted right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions, along with all associated policies, at any time, without prior notice, approval, or explicit user notification. Users acknowledge and agree that it is their sole responsibility to regularly visit the website and review the latest version of the Terms and Policies. Continued use of the platform after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
