EASY RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Refunds are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
2. Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
3. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
1. Digital products, gift cards, personalized or custom-made products.
2. Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
3. Items marked as Final Sale.
4. Used or damaged items (unless received in that condition).
REFUND PROCESS
1. You can effortlessly process your return directly through your account section - quick, convenient, and hassle-free! OR email us at support@blezx.com with order details and photos (if applicable).
2. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.
3. For COD orders, we’ll process refunds via bank transfer or store credit.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund isn’t received on time, check with your bank or payment provider.

EXCHANGE OPTION
